We got great value for our money at Befree Hostel - Self-Service. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient, close to the metro. The staff treated us well and responded quickly to our messages.

Hotel breakfast could have been better.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value we got for our money at this hostel. The room, although small, was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and provided towels. The location was also great, just a short walk from the metro and train station, making it easy to explore the city center. The staff were responsive and helpful, always ready to assist whenever we needed it.

One thing that could have made the breakfast option better is if there were more variety of food choices available.

The hostel had a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, perfect for budget travellers. the common area was also nice and vibrant with colorful decorations. the online check-in process worked smoothly for single and couple travellers. the staff at the partner hostel were super friendly and prepared separate printed codes for our group with multiple rooms.

I recently stayed at the Befree Hostel in Vienna for 3 nights. The location was nice, with easy access to a local shop and the underground. The hostel itself was bright and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and good pillows. The kitchen was well equipped and tidy, and the self check-in process was great. There were plenty of toilets and showers available, and the WiFi connection was fast. a great hostel with nice facilities and a convenient location.

Lack of AC made the room uncomfortably hot.

I had a blast playing billiards and meeting fellow travelers in the shared kitchen and lounge. The location was convenient, close to the train station and Schönbrunn Palace. Vienna City Hall was just a short distance away.
